This guy was in the southbound lane of the 405. The freeway was completely closed while they were pulling the truck off the Jersey barrier. I've seen large SUVs in this situation many, many times. Maybe we need larger Jersey barriers?
...or fewer SUVs?
As soon as the traffic cleared, we were on our way home at proper Los Angeles speeds:
